Grandma’s Ginger Molasses Cookies

three/Four c. Relaxed shortening (I order Spectrum)
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg (can replace flax egg or egg replacer)
1/Four c. molasses
2 1/Four c. GF all motive flour mix (I order Bob’s Crimson Mill)
half tsp guar gum
2 tsp. baking soda
1/Four tsp. salt
half tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
half c. roasted, unsalted macadamia nuts (non-mandatory)
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (non-mandatory)
Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on high
Preheat oven at 375 levels
In a stand mixer, cream shortening. Then add brown sugar, then egg. As soon as mixed effectively, add molasses.
